Updated

Delivery and inspection networks fly more aircraft than they can staff on site. As a Remote Drone Pilot you supervise several drones from a remote operations console, handle the moments that need a person and keep every flight within the rules.

What you will do

Supervise multiple aircraft on their routes from a remote console with video, GPS and battery state.
Handle takeoff, drop-off and exceptions such as blocked landing zones, weather changes and lost links.
Fly inspection missions over infrastructure, solar farms, fields and construction sites.
Run pre-flight checks remotely and follow airspace restrictions and the operator’s procedures.
Log flights, drop outcomes and incidents accurately.

What we look for

A current remote pilot certificate for your country, such as FAA Part 107 in the United States or the relevant EASA category in Europe. Some programs require additional ratings.
Flight hours on multirotor or fixed-wing drones; commercial experience is a plus.
Sound judgment about weather, airspace and when not to fly.
Clear communication with the operations team during exceptions.

Your setup

Connection

A stable wired or strong Wi-Fi broadband connection. Video from the robot and your controls travel over it, so steadiness matters more than peak speed.

Computer

A recent laptop or desktop with a large screen. Programs that need a VR headset, controllers or a leader arm tell you the hardware during onboarding.

Space

A quiet, private place to work. Sessions can show the inside of a client site or a home, so nobody else should see your screen.

What you get

Fully remote

Work from home, anywhere in the eligible countries below. No commute, no office.

Flexible shifts

Full-time or part-time. You choose shifts that fit your schedule; overnight and weekend shifts are available for 24/7 programs.

Paid training

You are paid while you get certified on our platform and on each robot you operate. No prior robotics experience is required for most roles.

Real robots

You work on the robots companies are deploying right now, and every session you run helps train the next generation of autonomy.

How to apply

The application takes about two minutes: your background, where you are based, how to reach you and your CV. We review every application personally and reach out if there is a match.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a drone license?
Yes, this role requires a current remote pilot certificate for the country where the aircraft fly, such as FAA Part 107 in the United States. Requirements vary by program and country.
Can one pilot fly several drones?
In supervised operations one pilot monitors several aircraft that fly their routes autonomously and takes control when a flight needs a person, where the local rules allow it.
Is the work remote?
Yes. You work from a remote console at home; the aircraft are at the client’s sites.
What kinds of flights are there?
Mostly last-mile delivery and inspection of infrastructure, energy sites, farms and construction projects.
