Last updated: March 12, 2026
Lazarus Labs, LLC (“Lazarus Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the RoboPilots platform, which connects trained remote operators (“Pilots”) with robotic systems including wheeled delivery robots, drones, and humanoid robots.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at robopilots.com, use our platform, or engage with our services in any capacity—whether as a client deploying robots, a Pilot operating them, or a visitor exploring our site.
By using RoboPilots, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through platform use, and information from third-party sources.
We use the information we collect to:
Given the nature of our platform, RoboPilots processes certain categories of data that are specific to remote robot operation. We want to be transparent about what is collected and how it is used.
During robot operation, we may collect real-time telemetry including GPS coordinates, speed, battery levels, sensor readings, motor states, obstacle detection data, and environmental conditions. This data is essential for safe operation and is retained for quality assurance and incident investigation.
Robots operated through our platform may transmit live video, LiDAR, and other sensor feeds to Pilots. These feeds are processed in real time to enable remote operation. Recordings may be retained temporarily for safety review, quality assurance, and training purposes. We do not use video feeds to intentionally identify individuals captured incidentally during operation.
We track operational metrics such as session duration, response times, task completion rates, safety compliance scores, and overall performance data for Pilots. This information is used to maintain service quality, provide feedback, and ensure safe operation of robotic equipment.
RoboPilots may collect and process data to improve robotic systems and operator training programs. This includes:
Training data derived from your operations is de-identified before use. You may opt out of contributing training data by contacting us at privacy@robopilots.com. Opting out will not affect the quality of service you receive.
