Updated

Robot arms in warehouses and factories run most picks on their own, but they still meet items they cannot grasp, orders they cannot read and parts they cannot judge. As a Robot Arm Teleoperator you resolve those exceptions remotely so the line keeps moving.

What you will do

Resolve failed picks: choose the grasp point, guide the arm and confirm the placement.
Run pick-and-pack, palletizing and machine-tending tasks remotely when a site needs a person in the loop.
Inspect parts and packages on camera and flag defects for quality control.
Monitor several robot cells at once and respond to alerts in order of priority.
Log bugs and recurring failures clearly for the robot’s engineering team.

What we look for

Warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing or quality-control experience is a strong plus.
Quick, accurate decisions when several alerts arrive together.
Willingness to work night or weekend shifts for sites in other time zones.
Basic computer skills; we teach the console and each robot cell.

Your setup

Connection

A stable wired or strong Wi-Fi broadband connection. Video from the robot and your controls travel over it, so steadiness matters more than peak speed.

Computer

A recent laptop or desktop with a large screen. Programs that need a VR headset, controllers or a leader arm tell you the hardware during onboarding.

Space

A quiet, private place to work. Sessions can show the inside of a client site or a home, so nobody else should see your screen.

What you get

Fully remote

Work from home, anywhere in the eligible countries below. No commute, no office.

Flexible shifts

Full-time or part-time. You choose shifts that fit your schedule; overnight and weekend shifts are available for 24/7 programs.

Paid training

You are paid while you get certified on our platform and on each robot you operate. No prior robotics experience is required for most roles.

Real robots

You work on the robots companies are deploying right now, and every session you run helps train the next generation of autonomy.

How to apply

The application takes about two minutes: your background, where you are based, how to reach you and your CV. We review every application personally and reach out if there is a match.

Frequently asked questions

Can I operate robots in a warehouse without being there?
Yes. The robot cell streams its cameras to your console and you send grasp points or direct commands over the internet. The site keeps its own local safety systems.
Are night shifts available?
Yes. Warehouses run around the clock, and remote operators in different time zones cover the hours when the site’s own staff are off.
Do I need manufacturing experience?
It helps but is not required. Training covers each robot cell, its safety rules and its quality standards.
How many robots will I watch at once?
It depends on the site. Exception handling often means monitoring several cells, while direct teleoperation is usually one robot at a time.
