Updated

Autonomous fleets need someone watching: a robot that has stopped, a battery running low, a sensor that went dark. As a Fleet Monitoring Operator you keep an eye on a whole fleet from the RoboPilots dashboard and make sure nothing waits too long for a person.

What you will do

Monitor robot status, connectivity and alerts across a fleet in real time.
Answer help requests with guidance, or hand the robot to a teleoperator for direct control.
Escalate safety incidents and hardware faults to the client’s field team with the right details.
Replay sessions to explain what happened and write clear incident reports.
Spot patterns in failures and report them so the fleet’s autonomy improves.

What we look for

Experience in a control room, NOC, dispatch, security monitoring or customer operations is a strong plus.
Steady attention across long shifts and a methodical approach to incidents.
Excellent written communication for reports and handoffs.
Comfort with dashboards, alerts and basic troubleshooting.

Your setup

Connection

A stable wired or strong Wi-Fi broadband connection. Video from the robot and your controls travel over it, so steadiness matters more than peak speed.

Computer

A recent laptop or desktop with a large screen. Programs that need a VR headset, controllers or a leader arm tell you the hardware during onboarding.

Space

A quiet, private place to work. Sessions can show the inside of a client site or a home, so nobody else should see your screen.

What you get

Fully remote

Work from home, anywhere in the eligible countries below. No commute, no office.

Flexible shifts

Full-time or part-time. You choose shifts that fit your schedule; overnight and weekend shifts are available for 24/7 programs.

Paid training

You are paid while you get certified on our platform and on each robot you operate. No prior robotics experience is required for most roles.

Real robots

You work on the robots companies are deploying right now, and every session you run helps train the next generation of autonomy.

How to apply

The application takes about two minutes: your background, where you are based, how to reach you and your CV. We review every application personally and reach out if there is a match.

Frequently asked questions

What is robot remote assistance?
When an autonomous robot or vehicle is unsure, it asks a remote person for help. The operator reviews the situation and gives guidance or hands it to a teleoperator.
Is this an entry-level role?
It is open to people without robotics experience. Monitoring, dispatch or control-room experience helps, and training is paid.
Are there night shifts?
Yes. Fleets run around the clock, so shifts cover days, nights and weekends.
Do I operate the robots directly?
Sometimes. Monitoring operators mostly guide and escalate, and those who certify on a robot can also teleoperate it.
